The programme hosts travel creators from 150k followers on their primary channel in Thailand, Japan, South Korea and Indonesia. Your follower count decides the tier. Explera provides hotel, transfers and activities on the ground, never flights, cash fees, visas or insurance. You need your own blog or website, and you must be 18 or over.

How many followers do I need?
Hosted tiers start at 150,000 followers on your primary channel — Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or an equivalent blog audience. The number on that one channel decides the tier. Other channels count towards the fit, not the tier.
- Spotlight (under 150k): case by case, normally a single activity or tour without hotel or transfers.
- Rising (150k–249k): one night, return airport transfers and one sightseeing visit, activity or tour.
- Established (250k–499k): two nights, return airport transfers and something planned every day.
- Signature (500k–1M): four nights and daily activities — the first tier that can span two countries.
- Authority (1M–5M): five nights and daily activities, single or multi-destination.
- Bespoke (over 5M): built individually with you, including multi-destination trips across Asia.
Hotel classification wording differs by country (Japan and South Korea use “or equivalent” because official star ratings differ). Each destination site shows the exact inclusions for its market.
Who qualifies?
- You are 18 or over. Some venues set a higher age, and their rules still apply.
- You own a blog or website as well as your primary social channel. This applies to every applicant, Spotlight included.
- Your reach, engagement quality and audience geography can be verified before anything is confirmed.
- Your niche fits what the destination can host well.
What we check
Reviewers look at reach, engagement quality, audience geography, niche fit and the quality of your past travel work. They also confirm that your website is live and belongs to you.
What ends the conversation
Bought followers, engagement pods and undisclosed past sponsorships. We do not negotiate around any of the three.
What Explera never provides
Flights (international, domestic, or between countries on a multi-destination trip), cash fees, visas and travel insurance. Insurance is mandatory and yours to arrange; proof is uploaded in the portal before travel. Personal extras such as additional drinks, spa add-ons, souvenirs or unagreed upgrades are paid by you.
Capacity, seasons and paperwork
Each market hosts a limited number of collaborations per month, and some months fill earlier than others. On request we issue a value-of-hospitality letter for your own records; we do not give tax advice. Paid campaigns and commissioned content run through a separate brand-collaboration desk, not this programme.
