Deliverables & disclosure

Deliverables, disclosure and proof

Typical deliverables are a pre-trip announcement, a blog post with a do-follow link, a YouTube mention or segment, and at least three Instagram reels or story sets tagging @expleradmc with the venue geotag. Coverage is due within 30 days of your last travel day and proven in the portal with URLs and screenshots.

What will I be asked to publish?

  • Pre-trip announcement, after approval and before travel: a social post tagging @expleradmc and a blog post on your own site linking to the agreed Explera page.
  • Blog post on your own site with a do-follow link to the Explera page for the experience.
  • YouTube mention or segment, where YouTube is one of your channels.
  • At least three Instagram reels or story sets tagging @expleradmc, with the venue geotag.
  • Usage rights for Explera to repost your content with credit.

@expleradmc is the handle on Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube and Threads. Explera has no TikTok account, so TikTok posts carry no Explera tag requirement — the legal disclosure for your audience still applies.

When is it due?

Post-trip coverage is due within 30 days of your last travel day. On a multi-destination trip the deadline runs from the last day of the whole trip, not from the day you leave each country.

How do I prove it?

Every deliverable, pre-trip and post-trip, is submitted in the portal with the live URL and one or more screenshots showing the @mention and the disclosure. Automatic checks run where they can — for example the do-follow link on a blog post — and the screenshot is kept as evidence even when they pass, because posts can be edited later.

How does disclosure work?

Disclosure follows the rules of your audience's market, not the destination's. A creator with a mostly US audience follows FTC guidance; a UK audience means ASA and CAP Code rules; Japanese audiences fall under the stealth-marketing rules; Korean audiences under KFTC guidelines. The exact wording for your collaboration is written into your agreement.

Explera never scripts or pre-approves your editorial content. We check the agreed tags, links and disclosure, and may ask for a factual correction such as a price or a safety detail.
