For general questions about the programme, use the contact form on this page. If you have already applied, log in to the portal on this hub and message the team there, so the conversation stays attached to your application. Paid campaigns go to the separate brand-collaboration desk, not this form.

Which channel should I use?

  • Thinking of applying? Most answers are on the programme and FAQ pages. If yours is not, use the form.
  • Already applied? Use Messages in the portal. It keeps the thread with your application and every reply is timestamped.
  • Travelling now? Your itinerary in the portal lists the duty contacts for your trip.
  • Paid campaign or commissioned content? That is handled by the brand-collaboration desk, not the creator programme.

Please do not send passport details or other identity documents through the contact form. If we need them, we request them in the portal, where they are stored securely.
