Using the portal

Creator help: using your Explera portal

Everything after you apply happens in one place: the creator portal on travelcreators.expleradmc.com. You sign in with a link sent to your email, answer any questions from our reviewers, sign your agreement with a one-time code, complete the pre-travel checklist, and submit every post with its link and screenshots. You can message the team at any point.

Signing in

Your account is created from your application's email address. Sign in with a link we email you (no password needed), or set a password once your email is confirmed. The same account works whichever destination site you applied on.

After you apply

  • Your dashboard shows each application, its status and the one thing to do next.
  • If a reviewer needs more details, you'll see a request with a due date. Our decision clock pauses until you reply.
  • Add the ownership code shown on your application to your blog for a few days — it helps us confirm the site is yours.

Signing your agreement

  1. Open the agreement under Agreements and read it to the end — the signing steps unlock when you reach the last line.
  2. Ask for a one-time code. We email a 6-digit code that works once and expires after 10 minutes.
  3. Type your full legal name (or draw your signature), tick “I agree to sign electronically” and sign.
  4. Explera countersigns and emails you the final PDF with both signatures and an audit certificate. Please don't book flights before then.

Before you travel

Once your itinerary is confirmed, the Trip page shows your day-by-day plan, hotel, transfers and contacts, and a checklist that must be complete before the trip starts:

  • Upload your travel insurance certificate. Insurance is mandatory and yours to arrange — Explera never provides it.
  • Enter your arrival and departure flights. Explera never provides flights.
  • Publish your pre-trip announcement on your channel and on your blog, tagging @expleradmc, and submit both with screenshots.

Submitting your posts

Under Deliverables, each post you agreed to shows its due date, the tag to use, the link to include and the disclosure wording for your audience. Submit each one with its live link and at least one screenshot of the published post showing the tag and the disclosure. TikTok posts carry the disclosure only — Explera has no TikTok account.

We run automatic checks where a page is public (for example a do-follow link on your blog post) and keep the screenshots as the record. If something needs fixing, you'll get a note explaining what, and you can submit again.

Messages

Each application has its own conversation, and status updates appear in it. Attach images or PDFs; share videos as links. You can edit a message for five minutes. If you haven't read a reply after a while, we'll email you a short digest rather than one email per message.

Your data

Under Privacy you can download everything we hold about you, change your email preferences, sign out other devices and ask us to delete your personal data.
