Creator programme terms, in plain language
Explera hosts you on the ground — hotel, transfers and activities for your tier — in exchange for honest, disclosed coverage published within 30 days of your last travel day. You arrange and pay for flights, visas, travel insurance and personal extras. Your signed agreement sets the exact terms.
Who can apply
- You are 18 or over. Some venues set a higher age for certain sessions.
- You have your own blog or website, as well as your primary social channel. This applies to every applicant, including Spotlight.
- Your reach, engagement and audience geography can be verified. Bought followers, engagement pods or undisclosed past sponsorships end the conversation.
What we provide — and what we never do
Depending on your tier: hotel, return airport transfers by private licensed vehicle, and activities or tours. We never provide flights (international or domestic), cash fees, visas or travel insurance. Personal extras, such as extra drinks, spa add-ons, souvenirs or upgrades you did not agree with us, are yours to pay.
Before you travel
- Sign your agreement in the portal.
- Upload proof of travel insurance — it is mandatory and your responsibility.
- Publish the agreed announcement post on social media and on your blog, tagging @expleradmc, and submit the links and screenshots in the portal.
After you travel
- Publish the agreed deliverables within 30 days of your last travel day, @mentioning @expleradmc where the platform allows it.
- Disclose the collaboration clearly, using the wording in your agreement for your audience's markets.
- Submit every link, with screenshots, in the portal.
Editorial independence
The collaboration is non-exclusive. We never script or pre-approve your content. We only check the agreed tags, links and disclosure, and may ask for a factual correction, for example a price or a safety detail.
